Great service. Herne Bay Domestics came out to see if our washing machine could be repaired. Unfortunately it could not but they were able to supply and fit a new machine very promptly, and removed the old one for recycling. Professional service, great communication. Many thanks.

Leo was simply brilliant diagnosing the problem quickly and providing great useful advice with no unwarranted charges. Service response time was rapid, call out charge was a reasonable £45 with notification the day before of times and by phone call on the day. Herne Bay Domestics are now our go to for all appliance repairs and future appliance purchases.

I cannot praise HBD and their team highly enough. I bought a new washer dryer from them and Leo was polite and friendly during the whole process and even price matched it for me which gave me a very good saving. When it came to the installation two days later I had a phone call 10 mins before arrival and two lovely lads showed me how to use it so I could get started straight away. I'll definitely be back next time I need anything electrical. Forget the big companies. You cannot go wrong with Herne Bay Domestics. Use local or lose local.

Fantastic customer experience. We ordered and had delivery the next day. Washing machine delivered up many stairs to 3rd floor flat and fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and Matty who went the extra mile. A credit to the company. Highly recommended.

My dishwasher stopped halfway through a cycle without draining. I rang on a Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day in the morning. It turned out that we had probably sorted the problem before the technician arrived, it was a blockage of the drainage pipe that we had cleared out, but I was unsure about turning the machine back on in case it filled even more with water, but the technician advised us on what to do if it happened again and put our mind at rest and was really helpful with checking that it wasn't a problem with the pump. Very quick and polite and helpful!

Engineer arrived on time and was polite, courteous and well presented. Although I had only given a brief description of the fault on the phone, he had made the effort to have the right part on board, which fitted right first time. The entire repair was accomplished in less than 1 hour and machine tested. He cleaned up the small amount of mess he had made and ensured that the machine was relocated into its place correctly, even though room was limited. Repair was reasonably priced. Very impressed, an excellent example of superb customer service, I have no hesitation in recommending.

Came quickly after requesting an appointment, carried out repair and were a reasonable price. Unfortunately, when putting back together a pipe came loose causing the dryer to leak. Reported that night and they were back at 9am the next day and put right at no extra charge. Hence full marks for Checkatrade. Mistakes can happen but the speed and ease of rectify the problem was exemplary.
